Helping you move from survival to self

About

You may look like you're doing fine on the outside, but internally feel anxious, self-critical, or disconnected from yourself.

A lot of the people I work with have spent years adapting, performing, or holding things together - often without feeling grounded in themselves. At some point, that starts to feel unsustainable.

My work is about helping you understand the parts of yourself that were built for survival - and decide what still fits your life now. Some patterns were created in a different context, and they no longer serve you in the same way.

In therapy, we slow things down and look at what's actually happening internally. How you respond to stress. What you believe about yourself. What you've learned to do to stay safe, connected, or in control.

Over time, we start building something different. Not a perfect version of you. But a more grounded one. One that can tolerate uncertainty, hold complexity, and respond from choice rather than fear. Therapy is one of the few places where you're not performing or adapting. It's a space to figure out what you actually think, feel, and want, separate from expectations.
